All prices displayed on deskmat.studio are shown in the currency presented at checkout, which may include Canadian dollars (CAD), United States dollars (USD), or another supported currency.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, prices do not include import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, or similar destination-country charges. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

We may update prices, product listings, promotions, and discounts at any time without notice. However, once an order has been placed and accepted, the price paid at checkout will apply to that order.

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) subject to these Terms of Service.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered on our website.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.

We ship to selected destinations worldwide.

Any estimated production and shipping timelines provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to demand, carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or events beyond our control.

Delivery is considered complete when the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and secure delivery address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, loss, or additional costs caused by incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs or import charges, we may deduct our original shipping and handling costs from any refund, where permitted.

Ownership of products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received and product has been shipped.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing.

No content from our website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

If you subscribe to marketing emails or otherwise consent to receive promotional communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at support@deskmat.studio. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting support@deskmat.studio.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the courts of Ontario, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
