At Deskmat Studio, we want you to receive the correct product in good condition. Because our products are made to order or produced specifically for online fulfillment, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong size, unless required by law.
This policy is designed to address genuine order issues fairly while keeping prices sustainable for all customers.

You may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- Your item has a clear manufacturing defect
- Your order is lost in transit and confirmed lost by the carrier or our shipping review process
- Your order is materially different from what was ordered

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Preference-based returns
- Minor color variation caused by screen display differences
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or improper storage
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
- Delivery delays outside our control after dispatch
- Refusal to pay customs, duties, or import charges where applicable

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@deskmat.studio.
Your message must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, if relevant
If you do not contact us within the required timeframe, we may be unable to process your claim.

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Replacement of the item
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Store credit
The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.

In most cases, we do not require customers to return damaged, defective, or incorrect items before a replacement or refund is issued.
If a return is exceptionally required, we will provide instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started.
Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact support@deskmat.studio as soon as possible after ordering.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or an approved product issue.

We are usually able to resolve legitimate issues faster through our support team than through a bank or card issuer process.
