All orders are subject to product availability, address verification, payment review, and carrier service availability.

During product launches, holidays, peak demand periods, or unusual operational events, processing times may be longer.

After dispatch, estimated transit times generally range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, and local delivery networks.

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions supported by our website and carriers.

If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided by email after the order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take time to appear and may vary by carrier and destination.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, reception, building staff, or your local carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@deskmat.studio and we will review the issue with you.

We are not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery, but we will try to assist where possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after completing our carrier review process.

If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay applicable import charges, we may deduct original shipping and handling costs from any refund where permitted.

In some cases, items may ship separately depending on fulfillment logistics, even if ordered together.
