The catalog is built around a quieter visual system and a consistent fit across different desk sizes, with products intended for modern workspaces, home desks, and gaming setups.

What materials and finish do the deskmats use?

Our deskmats use a premium cloth top with a non-slip rubber base. Stitched edges help keep the overall finish cleaner over long-term use.

The surface is tuned for everyday desk setups, and the artwork is applied to a standard blank deskmat mockup so the final presentation stays consistent across the collection.

What sizes are available, and does artwork crop change by size?

Available sizes are shown on each product page. Size options can vary, and pricing updates based on the selected format.

Final crop adjusts slightly to match the selected size. Colour and framing are designed to stay consistent across the full size range, but minor composition shifts are part of adapting artwork to different dimensions.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes. You can use the Upload Your Own Design page to submit artwork for a custom deskmat order.

If you want a custom design, start on Upload Your Own Design and follow the product setup flow from there.

How are prices shown, and what about tax and shipping?

Prices may be displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) or United States dollars (USD), depending on the currency selected on the website.

Product pages show price before tax. No sales tax is charged at checkout at this time.

Shipping is currently offered at no additional charge unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of order.

Where do you ship, and how is delivery handled?

Deskmat Studio offers delivery in Canada and internationally, depending on the delivery options available at checkout.

Orders are delivered to the address entered when the order is placed. Except in special cases or when an item is unavailable, products are usually delivered in a single shipment.

For orders outside Canada, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country, and those charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

What is the return and refund policy?

You may request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order by contacting support. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Returned products should be sent back in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that are damaged, soiled, or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.
